Food at the Red Hart

The Red Hart cooks truly traditional food using only the freshest ingredients sourced from the rich and fertile surrounding area.

Executive head chef and owner Paul has received many awards for his food and has also featured in Lancashire Life magazine.

We have a passion for locally sourced produce and you can really taste the difference in our food.

Everything we cook is healthy, delicious and thoroughly enjoyable.

We offer bespoke buffets, home made sauces, home made puddings and steamed vegetables.

We have a really extensive main menu featuring classic and more contemporary cuisine. We also offer a quality and value menu five days a week.
